STOKESLEY V RA JUNIORS

The RA juniors finally got back to playing after the enforced break, this week they travelled to Stokesley. Dispite early pressure from the juniors they failed to take the lead, the best chance coming from James Howell who fired a header against the crossbar. The juniors were made to pay for the missed chances when the RA's defense reacted slowly allowing Stokesley to take the lead.

Stokesley scored again in the first minute of the second half, finishing well from yet another defensive error. The juniors tried to get back into the game but when Stokesley scored a third in the 62nd minute they knew it was always going to be difficult. Final score 3-0. A disappointing performance from the RA and they will be hoping to bounce back in their final game of 2005 this sunday
